Fashion photography is one of the most fabulous fields of art that has made itself an industry. Driven by the love for beauty and wonder, it isn’t surprising that photography itself has succumbed to cover creations in which we live and people who pose for the cameras in magnificent designer pieces that most girls would like to have. Otherwise, how else can the fashion industry effectively bring out what it has to offer to the world if not rely on fashion photography in the form of ad campaigns, magazine spreads and everything PRs could think of. For an early conclusion, it is easy to say that fashion photography reigns once again as it is all over the place.

Unlike what some people think, fashion photography isn’t only about trends that each season has to offer.
Like a virgin, Kate Moss struts on the split covers of W dressed up like the Virgin Mary herself in the March 2012 issue. The covers are called the “Good” and the “Bad’. For the “Bad” cover, the supermodel is shown in a provocative manner, wearing a Gucci silk Georgette dress with blood-hued lipstick. Words references like ‘divine’, ‘heavenly’, ‘sinful’, spread on the equally controversial cover while she poses clad in a Vera Wang silk dress, an Erdem habit, and Early Hollywood vintage lace. But one of the most incendiary photos depict the Kate in a white Jill Sander cotton dress holding a dark cross in between her scandalously spread apart legs.
